[Letterhead] Sept 6, 1945 My dearest Carroll, Hi darling! Rec'd 3 most wonderful letters from you today. I was so happy I almost cried [with] joy. Every letter I get just makes me so thrilled. They were sent to French Hall but they were all forwarded here. They made it in good time too. I love you so very much darling that a letter means everything to me.
