Bob Hope just came on and what a laugh he is. And now for the news honey. I mean, what there is of it. Got up early yesterday morning to go with a buddy to see about getting a radio. He was trying to get one for cigarettes. Didn't get one, but one guy said come back the next day and he'd have one. Came back and ate dinner then. We had no practice yesterday so we all hopped a trolley and went down town to a movie. It was "Captain Kidd" and it was pretty good for that type of picture. Came buzzing back then and just made it for supper.
