Dec 20, 1945 My Dearest Evelyn, Hiya darling! Another night has rolled around and I'm ready to hit the hay. After I tell you what I've been doing then you will know why I'm tired. First I'll start with yesterday's news. Got up or rather I stayed up after being on guard from 2:00 AM. till 4:00. I wasn't too tired so we started right in to work on our dinning rooms decorations.
