me alright. I went down town instead with this friend (Bill) and ate some ice cream. He had to come back to work, but I stayed down and saw the late movie. It was "Lady on The Train" with Deana [Durbin?]. It was ok. Caught a street car back and hopped into bed. Didn't go to sleep for a long time. I lay there with the radio turned down low and just thought and thought about you and I. Darling, how can I ever tell you how very much I love you? You mean everything to me. I always lie awake awhile before going to sleep just thinking about you. Everything is so peaceful and quiet and I'm so much in love with you. Yesterday morning I got up at 8:00 and just messed around. I waxed my skis and put them away. I said
