eleven o'clock. Isn't that awful? In the afternoon, Bill and I went down town to a movie. It was "Sing Your Way Home" with Jack Haley. Wasn't too good. Went back to the Red Cross for awhile and talked to some of the gang. In the evening, Bill and I went downtown for some ice cream then came back here to the movie. It was "Fallen Angle" with Alice Faye and Danna Andrews. It was pretty good. I sat around in the room for awhile then turned in. Lay awake thinking and listening to the radio then dropped off. Got up this morning at 8:00 and did some odd jobs. Took in some
