Feb 6, 1946 My Dearest Evelyn, Hi darling! I'm writing early again this time cuz I won't be here tonight. I just found out that I'm to go on a seven day ski tour. I'll tell you more about it in a minute, but now I get yesterdays news out of the way. Got up yesterday morning at 7:30 and just puttered around the room all morning. In the afternoon, Bill and I went down town for awhile. Had some ice cream then went to the afternoon movie. It was "I Love a Band Leader" with Phil Harris. It
