around straightening my clothes up a bit. Then I wrote a letter, which is a long job for me. In the afternoon I dropped downtown to see if I could find some film. I acquired a camera and I thought I might take some pictures. Film is scarce as hens teeth here anyway. I didn't find any so I dropped into the Red Cross. Met a fellow and talked for awhile then came back here. In the evening, Bill and I went downstairs to the movie. It was "Bedside Manner" and it was a stinker if ever there was one. Did I tell you that Bill had to wait now, until another group leaves. Hard
