Darling, I can't begin to tell you how I feel about all this. When I think that I won't be get home for around a year, I just sort of go numb. I love you so honey and this waiting is going to be awful. I don't know what kind of baloney they are feeding you folks back home but they are making an awful mess of this thing. A guy my age that is single is just about sunk. They seem to think we should stay in the longest. Forgive me for griping honey, but my mind is sort of inclined to do so tonight. Evelyn, if you still want Vet. [Admin.?] you just as well take it. You know what I'm going to be doing for the next several months.
