April 22, 45 Dear Folks, It is 9:00 P.M. and I'm lying in bed listening to the news. It really sounds good too. I don't see why the Germans keep fighting like they do. Nothing of great importance going on. We have been working pretty darned hard this past week. In fact I just sort of stumble in and go to bed about every chance I get. One morning we got up at 3:30 and made a day light attack. It was just a problem, don't get me wrong. However, it might be something else some day. It has been about like that every day this we. I did have KP.
