of me. Don't remember if it was you or someone else who asked me what the ribbons were. I'll tell you anyway. One is nothing more than the "Good Conduct," the other ribbon is the ETO ribbon with one bronze battle star designating that I was in one major battle. Above them is the "Combat Infantry Badge" The wind is blowing like heck and there is a regular dust storm. Everything in the tent is cover with dust. By the way, we are sleeping on folding cots. Not bad! Seems to be about everything in the way of news for now. Guess I'd better write a few lines to Ken before I get lazy again. Love, Carroll
