He said he was just warning me so I wouldn't get excited if they happened to get me up in the middle of the night. I could have guessed what it was though for I was sort of expecting it. Sure be glad when its all over so I can start bragging. Sounds like your "booby trap" really worked on Lady, mom. Should have tried that on Jack, but I guess we didn't know much about booby traps then did we? My one lamp should be getting here one of these days soon. That is if it didn't happen to be on the boat that sank. I have to write Ken yet tonight before I go to bed so I'd better get at it. I don't particularly like the idea of getting up in the middle of the night. Love, Carroll
