Sure glad that you finally heard from Tom. I'll have to get busy and write him now. Its been along time since I've heard from him. The baby's looking like me is really something isn't it Poor girl got off to a bad start already. Looks like the war is really over now. Gosh darned if I'm not ready to come home now. I've been away plenty long enough. If I start griping and fretting about not getting home and so forth just skip it cuz we all have out moods over here. We are just a little tired of this life that all. Nothing serious. Just thought I'd warn you in case. Got to write Evelyn yet then think I'll take a nap until midnite Bye for now. Hope that hay fever eases up Dad. Love, Carroll
