U. S. ARMY SERVICE CLUBS CAMP ROBERTS, CALIFORNIA June 21, 1943 Dear Folks, In case you are wondering about this pen I put you at ease. It is borrowed. I guess I'll have to get a cheap one to write letters with. They look much better I think. I don't know when I'll get out of here though for I don't think I'll be able to get a pass for two weeks yet. I feel much better today. I sure didn't feel so hot yesterday. Must have been something I ate. Believe me I really eat. I weighed myself tonight and I weigh nearlly 170 lbs. Can you imagine a little fellow like me weighing that much.
