Just went up and drew my months pay. After everything was taken out I got $7.18. Some paycheck, huh? Don't need much money over here so I'm saving darn near all of it. There is a regular dust storm blowing through the tent here. I breathed in enough dust lately to start a good farm back in Iowa. I know what you mean when you get a little blue at the lack of letters. Its hard for me to write letters when I'm not getting mail myself. I'll certainly be glad when this service gets straightened out again. Golly Evelyn, I keep thinking I'll get a letter in answer to that first letter I wrote after arriving here. I've been sitting on pins and needles ever since then. I'll bet that is some story you
