we have spent most of our life together rather than one unforgetable night. True, it wasn't only this one night that I learned to know you, but rather years of close association, yet not realizing it would figure into our future. I'm making an awful mess of this but what I'm trying to say is that I want you to know that this is not a quick descision based on one date. I've been thinking a great deal about it for sometime and I want you to know it. I could write books on what difficulties the future holds for us, but I won't. You know them as well as I do and about all that can be done is hope we don't have to wait too long to start unravelling them. I'd better get to the brighter side
