Oct 10, 1945 My dearest Carroll, Hi honey! Here goes [with] a little news & alot of loving for one swell fellow. Golly honey I love you so very much. It does seem as I've always loved you. It makes me feel so safe. It's all so right honey. The usual has been going on as far as work is concerned. I'm on days this wk. but I hear I may have to work 11-7 tomorrow nite. Fun -- huh? If our kids cry during the nite will certainly be used to being up -- huh? I don't mind 11-7 to much. I love it
