Oct 24, 1945 My dearest Carroll, Hi darling! I rec'd your letter [with] new address & so glad so I can start sending your mail there. I got it just before I mailed yesterday's letter so I quick changed the address. Darling it was so wonderful to get your letter. They mean so much to me. I love you so very much darling. There I go the way I always do. I forget what news there is. Your love means so much to me the news is trifle. Today was my day off. Slept till 9:30 & got up. I really sur-
