Saving...
October 20, 1945 My dearest Carroll, Hi darling, Just got off duty, my face washed, hair up & now I'm sprawled on the bed writing to the one I love so much. The end of the day I like best when I write to you. Talking about how much I love you & our plans make me so happy. And then I always go to sleep & dream about you & that makes it better than ever. Well, honey, another wk. almost gone. Just a wk. closer to when you'll be coming home. Everything I do or plan to do centers about that
