Saving...
up again. I get so darn excited thinking how wonderful it will be when Carroll gets home chills run up & down my spine. As everybody says -- it won't be to long but just plenty long enough -- I say. This wk. I helped in Dr Young's office from 8-12. Was fun but so different. His nurse had the flu so couple of us helped him. Seemed like I was never off duty cuz I came back & went on duty at 3:00 P.M. Kept me hurrying for a change. So Ken has left. I don't like that & I know you don't either. I'm so glad Meg got to talk to him before. I'm anxious to hear where he has gone. My last letter from Rose sounded abit down too. Poor kid's having to work so darn hard now [with] some of them leaving. It's time I dash this to the mail box & go on duty so I'll say bye for now. Be seeing you next wk. end. Hope Margret & Karen are still there. Be seeing you soon. Love, Evelyn PS. Thanx alot for the picture. I'd like some of Karen when you get some reprints. After all, I want to show her to everyone. E.B.
