Saving...
past & he was home. I keep hunting something to make the time go faster. Mon A.M. when I walked into the dining room everyone congratulated me on the wonderful news. They don't realize just how wonderful it really is. They are really having a time trying to figure out our Xmas time. We're supposed to have 4 days off & if so it ends up [with] no nurses on duty. As a rule the house is usually pretty light but one can never tell. I haven't heard from [Kate?] anymore. Must write her. Did Margaret & Karen go back to Ottumwa? I don't remember her address. Would you send it -- I'd like to drop her a line. Thanx again for wonderful time we had last Fri. The supper was very good. Better close for this time & write to Mom & Dad. Have they heard anymore from Ray? Write soon. Bye now-- Love, Evelyn
