have Nancy's birthdate for the records here Tell Sally I'll send my address as soon as possible so she can send me the information I find that the allotment to dependents will be - $27 deducted from my pay- $62 per month for Sally and Nancy- $20 per month for you. There will be only one check made out to Sally for $82 you and Sally can straighten it out to-gether I took out $10,000 insurance and it will cost me $6.80 per month My pay check for one month will be $16.20 Pretty sick looking check isn't it?
