Saving...
And Gets Told Off Dear Editor: Thank you for your kind letter. After wading through its[[?]] pot-pourri of schoolboy misspellings (a la Ackermanese) we gather that you are not interested primarily in ART, but in "art" in the sense that French postcards are art. These[[?]] [[?]] be obtained from any [[?]] of obscene literature who slinks[[?]] up and down Skid Row. We are not displeased because you were unable to use our drawing, realizing as we do, that the difficulties of reproducing it in black and white are [[?]] to one whose [[?]] are so strictly limited to stencil-cutting. We understand, and deeply [[?]] with your attitude as regards the (name of fmz) Maiden Taboo. It is a [[?]] of the adolescent mind that anything with which it is unfamiliar must necessarily be depicted in fullest detail. Art, in any form, IS art because it stimulates the imagi nation[[?]] -- [[?]] this appeal to the imagi nation[[?]], any [[?]] is simply a pornographic caricature. We do object to your naively inadvertant[[?]] reference to our contribution as "[[?]]" -- something which ANYONE at all [[?]] with female anatomy knows to be a physical impossibility. For your information, the female is born without testes. Feeling as we do that your attitude is an out-growth of an inverse libido, we respectfully suggest either an interview with a psychiatrist specializing in Freudian [[?]], or an [[?]] course in applied biology in a Skid Row [[?]]. Failing this, we advise the employment of the method by which sub-adolescent boys [[?]] to remove this prurient[[?]] quirk from their little systems, vis., by [[?]] dirty pictures and naughty words on back fences and in public comfort stations. We discourage marriage as a poc[[?]]-
