EPITAPH This page is the last. when it has been run off, we will pour the gelatin down the drain, and call it an issue. It may be the last issue of POGORUS, and it will certainly be the last HARBOR FANTASY LEAGUE issue, at least until the end of the war. At the August first meeting, the club was officially disbanded. Jack M[[?]] is soon to be a [[?]] with the fighting forces, Al [[?]] is building bombers for Uncle [[?]], Rus Wood is biting his fingernails down to the stumps, hoping that the [[?]] [[?]] [[?]] the draft board to his door, Ed Hall is, as always, with the [[?]] [[?]], but his [[?]] interfere with his [[?]]. Dan [[?]] is [[?]]ing Victory ships, and works while we day-timers sleep. And [[?]] [[?]] has been gone for some time. Deep in the heart of Texas, somewhere[[?]]. By the time you read this, Wes[[?]] will probably be [[?]] [[?]] of the army Air Corps. There's a war to fight, and a world to save. Fantasy bows to grim reality. HVL[[?]] -- R. I. P.
