Saving...
JANUARY 19 1917. Ironed. Took a strenuous treatment with Dr. Hinchman. At dinner at Miller's. 1918. Got guest towel wedding present from Millie. Baked chocolate cake, finished ironing. Constance and Mrs. Lohi and I went to Bemidgi. Train more than hour late going. I sold my old camera and gasoline iron, visited Red Cross rooms in library, bought stuff for knitting bag, matched up crochet thread for spread. Mabel Nygaard, Constance and I played pitch in eve. 1919. Hans slept till noon. I took a walk. August here a while. Hans and I drove to P.W. Peterson's in P.M., then out to Piferplace, also stopped at Carl Nielson's and Christianson's. Roads good except in spots. Day quite springlike. Letter from Helena. I wrote to Hans' grandmother Elissat and birthday card to Olga. 1920. Washed some baby flannels, cleaned up house a little, and mended a bit, but didn't feel [extra?] myself and Hilda was fretful. Went to bed early. Wrote to Olga and Aunt Emma and sent them pictures. 1921. Baked pumpkin pies and finished ironing; did a little mending, and finished new pair of pillowcases. South wind melted the remaining snow. Wrote to mamma. Got [gray?] corduroy she sent, & a little flannel skirt she made.
