Saving...
March 31 Sunny, so washed. Very chilly, turning to snow in eve when Hans & Frank came home from Father-Son banquet. Sideache! Ironed market basket of clothes. Remodeled a sheet. Planted aster seed in green pail. Sent seed order to Condon's. Lay awake 2 or 3 hrs. in nite. Colder & windy. Went in for check up at [clinic?]—fine progress. Hilda & I gave our radio talk over WHA at 10:15—our 1st. She brot me home. At Rollis' till 14 women came for farewell party for me. Bingo & nice eats gave one red table lamp Hans phoned me from Lisbon N.D. Mopped my room, etc. Made new slip cover for Morris chair. Made placket in black dress for Signe. Children saw movie "Jesse James"
