Filled ditch. Drove to Herman's and got scraper. Filled hole. Hauled home extra tile. Fixed fence on 40. Cleaned barn. May 18th. Attended church. Albin & his folks down in afternoon. For dinner rather. Wrote news & to Ben in evening. May 19th. Got up a little late. Disced remainder of piece and dragged it. Had cattle on 40. A little rain last nite. May 20th. Finished planting shortly after 4. Had cattle on 40 again. One of little pigs got killed. Bull returned to Albins. Rather cool for being so late in season. May 21st. Helped Albin plant. Ground load of corn for Will in evening. Went to Edwins for supper. May 22nd. Ground another load of corn. Hauled it over to Wills. Chased male hog home right after noon. Went down to Albert
