and chains. Plowed 29 rows cross wise. July 1st. Finished crossing. Plowed some the third time. Chautauqua in eve. July 2nd. Cultivated again. Last night of Chautauqua. July 3rd. Ditto. July 4th. Still plowing corn. Went to (Jons/Joes?) in evening. A little shower in morn. July 5th. Cultivating. July 6th. To Boone to see folks in afternoon. Bot tire, tube and hose for pump. July 7th. Finished cultivating. July 8th. Hauled to hogs to town. Hauled home 182 blox from (Rosackers?) Took home twine. Mowed in P.M. July 9th. Mowed in morning. Sharpened sickle and helped Albin in P.M. Went to town towards evening. Alf came out. July 10th. Mowed a little in forenoon. Shucked oats for Albin in afternoon. Went to social at Beckinson's in evening. July 11th. Cut some more grain.
