Left the boat and took the cars for Keokuk where we arrived about 6. We marched to quarters and found the Co all in time. Met today Vernon, Hayden and a great many of the Mt P_ [Mt Pleasant?] boys. Our Co. appear to enjoy themselves quite well having a violin, last night they had a dance
