June 13th.. Day before yesterday I received a lettr from sister mollie. It was the first that I had since I arrived here - We yesterd- heard of the rout of our troops east of here and do not know but the enemy may be upon us before morning - This morning at three o clock the long rool beat and we flew to arms, and remained for an hour and a half when we found it to be a false alarm - Yesterday P.M. our chaplain preached to us touching on
