This has been quite a damp morning, but now at noon it has cleared off, and is quite hot - I had a complaint made to me on the 18th.. of a soldier in Co. B. Stealing meat and selling to the sutler - he acknowledged his crime and I sentenced him to carry a weight of 25 lbs for six hours with his offence pasted on his hat the sentence
