THURSDAY, JANUARY 7, 1864. Went to the Library. Began Cecil Dreeme. Read "Reason, Rhyme & Rythm" & Letters to YMP. with - . A Critique on Gail Hamilton delighted me. A halcyon day indeed. FRIDAY 8 Went to the Library. Read "Love and Shades" Evening "Lessons in Life", three or four articles in Phrenological journal. SATURDAY 9 Read Cecil Dreeme at the Library with Mr. Mc Busy in office duties Evening spent in the usual pleasant method.
