Thursday, April 21, 1864. Busy reading and writing alternately. $390.00 given to our cause last night. Hoping and praying for success. Friday 22 The usual round of writing, reading &c. Am so thankful to be in such work and not teaching Ortus and Leburn spent a delightful evening with us. Saturday 23 Sewing most of the day. Dark and rainey, but had a good walk v/ith Libbie between times. O.A. work goes on.
