You had butter make 2 pints of the squill & snakeroot Syrup if there is Enough of Each, & use it for cough & throat trouble. if the cough is of Long Standing or verry Iritable add 1/4 part Paregorick - the antimony is in Vermifuge phial with a coarse string around the neck in corner of pill Bags in pasteboard case - white powder mixes with & Dissolves Readily in water Imparting Little if any taste quinine in opposite corner verry Bitter if you have any Doubts about it Send it Down to Doct Webster, or May be I will Send Some the next time I write - for if mistake is made its consequences would be more Serious than buying frowy Butter or bad flour
